This is a 6 Week Challenge, that you can do anywhere! This program is no joke! I created this because I love working hard, and I love the feeling of accomplishment after. This is 6 weeks of hard work, 3 days out of your week. These workouts are not designed to take hours to finish. You can sprinkle these into an existing program, or this can be your entire regimen. Push yourself, but be true to your skill level; focus on improving each week, and finishing every detail of the workout!
